Serenity Oaks

Beautiful gated community with full forested land. Unfortunately, we purchased 3 lots, got them all cleared, and our life path has made a turn. We are selling but still visit periodically to see the changes and check on our lots. Many amenities to come as the community grows. Plus, the golf course is just around the corner. Don't miss this place if you are looking.

We purchased land in Serenity Oaks and are currently building a house. Garrett has been so very helpful from the very first contact with him. He has given us so much information and made it all very easy. We were even able to have him list our current house for sale. He managed to get a contract on it in just three days!!! He was very communicative and responsive through the entire process. He has been amazing to us. We are very excited about the new house and living in Serenity Oaks. It’s such a peaceful place to be and we couldn’t be happier with it all!

We are building in the area and extremely happy with the restrictions that some people (or person) gave bad reviews on. You have the restrictions UPFRONT before purchasing property so I guess some people (or again, person) didn’t bother to read them. The restrictions give you a sense of the quality of homes that will be in the area, which we are happy about. Really looking forward to the completion of our home.

The wife and I purchased a lot at what I thought was a fair price. Especially since there is city water and we dont have to drill a well. We start construction on our new home next month and couldn't be happier. Restrictions are reasonable and no timeline to build.
