Started out well with promises of being able to handle a developer of our volume, committed to do 34 loans for a large project, stated was approved subject to appraisal and title, appraisal came in and adjustments to value were completed and deal went into CTC and its been 2 weeks since and no answer of what is going on. Closing was supposed to occur on the 13th initially. Spoken to multiple people and nobody knows what is going on. Have multiple email communication from this lender stating all is well and CTC is being processed but nothing has changed in two weeks after spending over $15K in appraisals and feasibility reports. Very disappointed in how the lack of clear communication and answers of status. Did not want to post this review to hurt their business, but so far at this time I
