Our experience was amazing, from the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, Vanessa Pimienta treats you like gold. She takes time to explain the process and didn't mind at all the calls I made even on her days off, she's amazing. Can't wait to move in and to know she will be right there in case I have questions. We had an amazing experience working with Vanessa throughout the process of choosing our lot and selecting the perfect house. The amenities are amazing, Cresswind at Lake Harris will be our get away Island for sure, what a way to retired. Thank you!

Review of Kolter Homes – Lake Harris (55+ Community) In my search for the right 55+ community, I visited many builders. Kolter Homes unquestionably builds the nicest houses, and their on-site sales staff were professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the homes is not the issue. The problem is Kolter’s upper management and corporate decision-making. I chose Lake Harris because I was told it would be a true waterfront lifestyle community, with a clubhouse completed in spring 2026 and a marina one year later (spring–summer 2027). That timeline was a deciding factor. What is unacceptable is that Kolter never communicated that these timelines were changing. Crosswind is going to be a delightful community upon completion. It is currently in the early stages, but I was impressed with the model homes and layout of the land. Some lots had views of Lake Harris, and the community clubhouse will be built right on Lake Harris with access to boat docks. The community offers lots of amenities and has gated security.

We just purchased a home at Cresswind Lake Harris. Vanessa was great to work. Taylor and Lexus in the Design Center were also amazing. We can't wait to see our finished home!
