Scheduled a viewing and arrived 15 minutes early. No one showed up and we were left waiting in the cold for over 30 minutes. Called the office and they said we would be called back shortly or emailed. We were neither called or emailed. Horrible facility waste of money to get to the apartment for the viewing.
Me and my friends came for a showing (that I had made an appointment for) and ubered from campus to the apartments. When we arrived nobody was there to greet us/ show us the apartments and we contacted the office several times which did absolutely nothing and they didn’t provide a solution. Super unprofessional and slow. Worst experience I’ve had.
Extremely unprofessional…. Never even got the tour we were supposed to get. Waited outside in the cold for about 30 minutes.
Nice place to stay in Bloomington. Its relatively cheap and close to the Indiana University. The neighborhood is quite nice too.
