There was a nice lady who worked here called Amber. The rest were genuinely awful people to do business with. My friends and I all had them for houses and I just in good faith could not recommend them for military looking for a painless process. The only reason this place is not a dumpster fire is because of Ambers professional character and friendliness.

My experience with Roadrunner Realty has been consistently disappointing due to poor communication practices and very rude customer service I was repeatedly told, “We will call you back,” yet no follow-up ever occurred for 5 weeks. This pattern happened multiple times and created unnecessary delays and frustration. A company that cannot maintain basic communication or honor simple commitments raises concerns about its overall reliability and operational standards. Timely and transparent communication is essential, and unfortunately, this company failed to meet even the minimum expectations. Until they address these issues and demonstrate a more professional approach, I recommend you to stay away from this company

Recently, I had a $500 package delivered by mistake to that same address. I reached out with proof of delivery and followed up multiple times, but they ignored me and refused to do anything to help recover it. Their responses were copy-and-paste messages, and they completely stopped replying. I eventually had to file a police report for theft because of their negligence. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and take no responsibility for anything — whether you’re a current tenant, a past tenant, or just trying to resolve an issue. Save yourself the stress and look for literally any other property management company.

We rented a unit from roadrunner. During the walk through we had specifically asked if the unit had AC because I have health conditions that limit my ability to tolerate heat and were told by Jessica DeLuca that it did. Upon move in we complained the central AC wasn't working and were told someone would be out to fix it only to be informed by the technician that there was no AC, only swamp cooling at the property. We brought to their attention that they hadn't told us that the unit was swamp cooler only and asked that they install window AC units to address the fact that we were lied to about the property. I would stay away from this company. We bought a house in 29 palms and Dajanae Stevens was the seller’s agent. She had a company do repairs for the seller of the house and they didn’t do the repairs at all. Now she REFUSES to give us the name of the company. Beyond the fact that they didn’t do the repairs, they left THEIR beer cans/bottles, a bunch of construction trash and debris, and drove over our septic tank. Which broke it and our home flooded on our move-in day! Dajanae also had her own father in my home doing repairs! She had no business having her family members in my home!!!!!
