Bought two months ago. Steve (the builder) was present when we looked at the house and answered all our questions. We've owned our home for close to 2 months and noticed a spot on our kitchen ceiling that looked to be coming from a toilet up stairs. Called Steve ( He gave us his cell number in case we needed him. Says a lot right there) to ask if the renters here prior had experienced a leak. Most would say to go through your warranty, but Steve sent out a contractor, A/C specialist, and a plumber! We didn't pay a dime. He stands behind his homes. Such a rare thing anymore. There is great peace of mind in buying or renting one of these homes. Extremely happy with Western Home Builders!
All these new houses look very nice but expensive. Looks like I'll be getting some new people in my area
