Find another real estate agent other than this one Libby Realtor don't hire this agent another weekend no open house 03/30/2025 and no effort to get water turn back on to water the front and backyard, the house look terrible and they don't know how to work on bankruptcy sells type properties especially out of their community. This Agent has partnered with another Real Estate Agent Lido Management in Laguna Beach, CA and both have not done too well selling a home. When I moved out of this home on or around April 2024 the home inside and outside was ready to sell. it has been over a year and these agency couldn't sell this home and they lowered the price etc and the home still has not been sold. Awesome service from Libby's! They were very helpful when my family otherwise had trouble finding places that were tolerant of pets and were always kind and great to work with from the move in process to move out. They were understanding when we had to leave the lease early after I received short-notice military orders just 6 months after we moved in and worked with us to make the move out process easy and stress-free. I made sure the house was clean and we received our security deposit with no issues after our move out. I would work with them again for either property management or renting needs. +10 points for cute painted office!

I’ve had a really great experience renting through Libby’s Realty. Reggie was always super responsive and easy to work with. Anytime something came up, him and his team handled it quickly and professionally. The place was solid, everything was handled smoothly, and I never felt like I was being left in the dark. It’s rare to find a landlord who actually communicates well and treats you with respect, but that’s exactly what I got here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in the area and want someone who actually takes care of their tenants.

I had my home listed with Libby's Realty . The process is a stressful time. However this service met each step of the process with a strong work ethic. Phone calls and text promptly returned. The attitude of staff one of shared commitment to offering a positive experience I was impressed by the way they made me feel they were taking care of me. Unfortunate! You’ll never get your full security deposit back here, which is my experience after recently moving out of a property on Cahuilla Ave. While the location of the home was convenient for working on base, I am having issues with my security deposit. I was charged $400 for what seemed like normal wear and tear - dust and a few cardboard boxes left at move out - which seemed steep since I left the home near perfect for the next tenant. Their portal does allow for communication but doesn’t offer date/time stamped photos. Which I suspect the move-out inspection was conducted days after I vacated, allowing a rainstorm to accumulate debris on and near the property to make it look like I left the outside unkept.
