Carmel Center Apartments

This past summer I began touring for my first “adult” apartment. When I toured Carmel Center I knew right away that I wanted to rent here. Lindsay, the property manager here, is fantastic and it is obvious she wants you to love living here. The staff at the office are always helpful and willing to do anything they can to sort out any issues. They make it clear they care about their residents rather than you “just being a number.” Maintenance requests are taken seriously and responded to promptly. Beyond those things that I appreciated, I loved the character of the apartment itself. In my opinion, it feels more “homey” compared to some of my friends who rent elsewhere. I’ve lived here for a year and have really enjoyed my experience! The pool was such a nice bonus, and I loved being so close to the Monon Trail for walks to downtown Carmel. Anytime I put in a maintenance request, it was taken care of really quickly. Alyssa and Lindsay in the leasing office were always so kind and welcoming. Zion was super helpful, easy to talk to and always greeted me with a smile. It was a great place to call home this past year:)

We had lived in our townhome at Carmel Center Apartments for almost a year now! My townhome is 4 bedrooms, 2 car garage, and beautiful living space. I work from home so I use one of the bedrooms as an office space and it works out perfectly. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect!!! Literally in downtown Carmel and we walk everywhere! We walk to the breweries, coffee shops, and all the wonderful restaurants. (my personal favorite is Anthony’s Chophouse) The maintenance team lead by Adam is quick and efficient! The leasing office is wonderful!!! Lindsay and Alyssa go above and beyond and you can tell with every interaction that they love what they do! We will be here for a long time!

This is my second apartment and a major upgrade from the first. Being able to paint your apartment is such a huge bonus for residents that want to stay for a few years. It makes the place feel like your own. Also there’s plenty of room for my 200 gallons of aquariums

I have truly enjoyed living at Carmel Center Apartments for the past few years. Lindsay, Alyssa and Zion are always friendly, professional, and quick to listen to any concerns I’ve had, working with me to find a solution right away. Adam, who is a part of the maintenance team is outstanding—every request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a community where both management and maintenance care this much, and it has made my time here incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend Carmel Center Apartments to anyone looking for a place that genuinely feels like home.
