Please don’t rent here they will hold your deposit and take forever to return. I am in the middle of filing a smalls claim with this property and the asset living corporation. I moved out May of 2025 and have yet to receive my deposit. it is now September 2025 and still no deposit. I have talked to several people in the office mainly Cindy who doesn’t do her job well. They will demand deposit before moving in but take months to return your deposit. I recommend looking elsewhere like a private landlord because this property and asset living corporation is a joke when it comes to business don’t wast your time or energy with this place. I lived here for a year property is roach infested, trashed, oven caught on fire, and people shooting when I first moved in. There was bullying from other kid

I'm rewriting my review because the original was taken down. My experience at this complex was extremely negative. The office hours were unreliable, preventing residents from using the gym or other "amenities" without staff assistance. The property manager proved to be useless; they never addressed concerns or resolved maintenance issues, regardless of how often I contacted them. All the buildings suffer from severe roach infestations and problems with tenants who hoard and smoke indoors. These apartments are quickly declining in quality and will soon be as bad as the other properties in the area. Upon moving out, I was charged a bogus $150 cleaning fee as retaliation, despite leaving the unit in better condition than when I moved in. Since my attempts to dispute this charge were ignored,

I would like to speak to a supervisor. I’ve been calling back to back, nobody answers. I showed up and the door was locked. Lady opened it and said “it’s locked because I’m on lunch.” I asked how long is your lunch and she said an hour. I came back and still wasn’t helped. I’m a single mom who works so I don’t understand why I’m being turned away. I really wanted to make this place a home for my family but it’s becoming near impossible because I can’t reach anyone. Very frustrating

Erica is the absolute best. I am so looking forward to living here. Friendly helpful office staff definitely makes a difference. The apartments are beautiful and seem to be a great place to call home.
