Poor property management. And even worse maintenance man (Carlos) Apartment wasn’t completely finished when we moved in with promises from the property manager that it would be resolved quickly in which it still isn’t resolved. Ac unit has been out for 2 mths with multiple promises to fix it (I have screenshots to prove it) bathtubs still aren’t resurfaced and chipping away but hey there supposed to fix those too and still haven’t. One promise after the next and never follow through with any of them. I don’t recommend moving here. That’s my opinion

I moved into Benbrook Apartments expecting an upgraded unit based on the photos provided during the application process. My experience has been extremely disappointing due to persistent maintenance issues and a lack of proper response from management. Dishwasher: The original dishwasher required replacement. After I raised the issue publicly, a replacement was provided; however, it arrived damaged, causing additional delays before the issue was resolved. Neighbors Smoking & Property Conditions: Lease policies regarding smoking are not enforced. The office representative,Carlos, is responsive, professional, and friendly. Benbrook Apartments has a good community with a friendly, safe, and welcoming vibe. Our apartment is quiet, spacious, and full of natural light. I would recommend Benbrook Apartments to my friends, relatives, and anyone looking for a safe place to call home.
