She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Even after move-in, Karina has continued to be incredibly helpful, always taking the time to answer questions and ensure everything is going well. Her professionalism, leadership, and genuine care for residents really stand out and make a big difference in the overall living experience. I have lived here for about 3 months now and I absolutely love it here! The sunsets are beautiful and I’m able to enjoy the wild life here from my balcony. It’s very quiet and peaceful here even on the weekends. Aimee has been so amazing from day one of us touring the apartment to moving in and now being a resident. Hector is amazing with his maintenance work and I really enjoy him overall. The management here has just been be very accommodating and quick and they host community events all the time (my favorite has been the eclipse watch party!). I would definitely recommend moving here!

I love living at Aura! Hector and the maintenance crew is absolutely the best—super responsive and they keep everything in great shape. The front office staff is always helpful and kind, which makes a big difference. I also really appreciate the secure gates. Overall, I couldn’t be happier here. Just signed my second lease!!

Our maintenance technician Joe is always incredibly prompt and gets the job done efficiently every time. Joe is by far the kindest and best maintenance assistant i have every had at an apartment complex, hands down! It really feels like the office is setting him up for failure. Ever since the new management came in earlier this year, I used to be able to call the front office and talk to a human instantly. Now its an automated system where phone calls never get returned. It makes everything SUPER frustrating. Once you get past the office and Joe shows up to help, you're in great hands!
