I do not recommend living here. The building has ongoing roach infestations and unresolved water leaks. Management has not effectively fixed these issues. Very disappointing experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. They also have an assistant manager is extremely never professional at all. And has tried to lie and get people kicked out unsuccessfully.

Good morning Athena Apartment Homes Benbrook, Texas! I've been a resident since September 2020 & love being here. Office management changed one year with such a smooth transition it was made unnoticeable. There's an employee, Lara, now an Assistant Manager that caused a smooth transition. Office Personnel are business oriented. Maintenance Personnel complete repairs & let you know they have finished work order. Now days I get an E-mail same day. Dog Park & grounds are kept manicured. Under Lara's supervision there's peace, quite & safety going to and fro. I will renew my lease again & again! Great place to live for Seniors.

We have been living here since November 2024 and we have been consistently pleased with the office as well as our apartment. We picked a bit of a less-renovated less aesthetically pleasing apartment for the sake of the extra space we got in the kitchen. The only issue we have had was not the offices fault but they have worked so hard to try to get this issue resolved for us. We are definitely planning on renewing our lease in February for another 12-16 month lease! If you are worried about roaches, keep your apartment clean and get a cat. Our apartment had roaches when we first moved from previous tenant and now I have not seen one in months. If you are worried about pipe bursts, that can happen anywhere. Communicate the best you can. I moved in about two weeks ago and so far I’ve been satisfied. My renovated apartment was clean and all the appliances were brand new. The leasing office staff as well as maintenance are very kind and patient. The only thing is the laundry mat can use some updating but other than that I’m very satisfied.

I recently left a review out of frustration, but today my maintenance orders were completed. The maintenance worker was excellent this week in taking care of the property. Based on other reviews, it seems the apartments are undergoing improvements. Thank you. I appreciate that my home has been repaired.
