BMO Bank N.A Branches

Bank app never works, atm never works properly (gave me a $5 bill on a $20 withdrawal and I dont get receipts like am idiot), atms out of money and broke down, customer service rude sometimes and they used to tell me if I didnt want my card hacked I should get the credit card instead. (I dont even qualify for credit) Never had as many issues at all the previous banks combined as I do this one bank! As we speak im locked out of online account AGAIN because the app doesnt work properly and doesnt recognize the correct password, the same one i used in the bank on the same phone to unlock 3 days ago! Husband has same issue on his app, and web page but has been lucky enough to not be locked out. Seriously find a better bank, not worth the headache!

Worst customer experience I have ever had. The banker I interacted with was completely disinterested and dismissive of my needs. Every time I raised a concern, he responded with "mhm" and "uh huh", showing no effort to engage or address my issues. It was incredibly frustrating. What kind of grown adult, especially in a professional setting, would think it's acceptable to communicate with customers in such a dismissive manner, especially when it comes to something as important as our finances? I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was. The banker who assisted me had his ID in his hand and still acted like he didn't know my name, or was making my name harder than what it truly is. Again today, we have an argument for the business account deposit and change every day as a 7-Eleven. I am depositing and they know very well. Still they have to ask me an ID for the change. This is ridiculous whenever they see me. They have some laughing inside and insulting me as a customer same thing happened to my manager because when I am was not available, he went to the bank and they gave him same attitude i called the manager same time And nobody was taking care the issue. Finally, I got approval from my area leader to change the bank. I’m really happy now. I will not suggest this particular branch as a bank to any of my known person.

Business drive-through is not helpful. They take close to but 15 minutes to do the deposit and change as a business. We are depositing every day and when we request for the change they need ID for it, they have always people roaming around inside and talking and laughing for no reason this location bad service. If I could do zero star, I would I wish I can change my bank looks like like bank manager doesn’t care about this.

I have had a hard time dealing with bmo in general. They didn't respond to me in regards to a HELOC and many empty promises were made. I also get charged every year for a safety deposit box I no longer have. The people at the branch are very friendly though and I don't hold the banks poor policies against them. BMO used to be great 7 years ago but their service has declined greatly.
