Shady rental company. Will make you pay a double deposit on top of first months rent then soon after look for ways to evict you and keep the money. On top of a $500 pet deposit. Don’t let anyone else come over with one of they’re animals either no matter how long they stay whether a day or a week you’re gonna be evicted.
Really great landlord and very nice! Will also work with you and very understanding! Also will get things fixed right away.
These people are jokes. They dont care about you just whats in your back pocket.
