Birchwood Landings

Moved into Birchwood Landings in 2022 and couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely and professional manner. Even during periods where I have gone through economic adversity, they have been more than understanding. All of my neighbors are respectful and everyone for the most part just want to live happy tranquil lives, and it is most certainly an achievable reality here.

The apartment unit I toured exceeded my expectations. The layout was thoughtful, the finishes were high-quality, and natural light filled the space beautifully. The consultant showed me every detail—from closets and storage options to appliances and water pressure—and explained maintenance procedures and care instructions. I appreciated the transparency about unit differences, which helped me understand which options would best suit my lifestyle.

Giselle at Birchwood Landings Apartments Helped Me Get My Apartment, and Its Very Local to Everything I Need. Even My Job at Debbie's Bar is Within Walking Distance! I am moving next month to this property and so far the office staff is great Giselle has been great with her service very professional and communicate with me the out the hoke entire process. Lisa has been great also she is very professional and also attentive to my self. Thank you so much to both.

These apartments are the very best apartments I've, personally, lived in so far. This isn't an exaggerations as I've lived in college town, Miami city, and some very very crowded apartment areas. And this one while smaller then most for two bedroom has the best environment compared to them as someone that's lived in worse. The air and area is always clean and nice, the walls are thick so don't have to hear my neighbors. There a lovely little park and the trees near by are beautiful, I've been having asthma problem and the area here has helped me have so much more energy since I moved in. Also I actually had moved to these apartment a few years ago, had to leave because needed a two bedroom. They were so kind and sweet, I felt so sad to leave but needed the space.
