Alexis was very kind and informative! From the moment we walked in, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The model apartment was stunning, with modern finishes and a layout that felt both functional and spacious. The amenities really stood out and felt thoughtfully designed for residents to actually enjoy, not just look good in photos. You can tell the team takes pride in the community and truly cares about creating a great living experience!

Very nice apartment homes. Especially loved the maintenance man Ron. He made me feel so safe and right at home. Was always there to help me with any issues!! Great place to live. Great community and residents. They always had fun activities and events planned. Also very pet friendly community. Had a great time living here and met so many great people. Would definitely recommend!

That’s when we found The Avant, and from day one, the staff became an unexpected but much-needed source of kindness and support. Alex, Dawn, Alivia, and Ginny went above and beyond to make our transition smooth. Rob and the maintenance team were also fantastic and timely in their repair and maintenance of the facilities both inside and out. Their sincerity and consistent customer service were truly unmatched. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Pseudo - luxury apartments. Built so cheaply you will hear your upstairs neighbors every move & conversation. If there is a dog above you, say goodbye to ever having a relaxing moment in your apartment. Hallways are disgusting - I have found dog poop several times as well as drug paraphernalia. Trash bags are routinely left in hallways outside of trash hours so there is almost always a smell. The parking garage is covered in loose trash, discarded food, and several urination stains that have been there for months. These are all right at the door to the complex so enjoy stepping over this mess every time going to & from your car. Scheduled a tour today for 2 PM. Showed up at the leasing office door at 1:50 PM. Pressed the “call box” and didn’t get an answer. Called their office and no answer. Door was locked and it’s 29 degrees outside. Finally get let in by a resident who happened to walk by and take a seat in the main area. Waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. Not very punctual or professional.
