Aspire at Gateway

To be honest, this place would be much better if parking were properly managed. There are multiple vehicles parked in regular spots without permits, which is unfair to residents who follow the rules. Hard-working residents are being forced to park far away and walk long distances to their own homes because guests are not using designated visitor parking. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. Please implement a clear and effective solution to enforce parking rules and prevent this from continuing.

Huge props to the front office. Over the past few weeks we’ve been switching to a new portal, and I personally had a lot of issues, but they always made sure everything was taken care of. I can’t even imagine how many people they helped during that time. I really love this community and the office staff. Everyone here is friendly, maintenance is always quick, and the team does a great job keeping residents informed when something comes up. I’m proud to call Aspire at Gateway my home.

I would give zero stars if I could. Living here has been nothing but a nightmare. Maintenance requests don't get handled properly, the maintenance guys ride around on their golf carts and cant even put a door handle on properly LOL. (Pics below) The office staff is rude and unhelpful, and the building is constantly dirty and noisy. Parking is a disaster, my truck was broken into. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Nancy the property manager is horrible at her job. Place is an absolute JOKE!

Move in was great. Jessica was really awesome and helpful to helped me moved in quick in the apartment.

Just moved in a month ago, this place has been incredibly disappointing. The apartments are falling apart, appliances don’t work, huge ant problem, damage from previous tenants, etc. There isn’t enough parking for the complex not to mention there’s no visitor spots. The management will give last minute notifications for everything, especially entering your apartment. Their version of “remodeled and modern” means they just painted over everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, door handles, appliances, edges of the mirrors in the bathroom, everything except the completely dirty baseboards, which actually should’ve been painted. Not to mention the cheap paint they used is already peeling off the walls. Had a very weird interaction with the leasing office when I asked why there weren’t ceiling fans
