Alexandria of Carmel Apartments

I’ve been staying at Alexandria of Carmel and wanted to share my appreciation for their excellent maintenance service. Recently, my washer had an issue, and the team responded immediately, and finally replaved it with a brand-new unit . The maintenance staff here are professional, prompt, and genuinely helpful. A big thanks to the entire maintenance team, the facility manager, and the office staff for keeping the community well-maintained and ensuring residents have a great living experience. I truly hope this high level of service continues in the future — and that the management maintains this great living experience without any significant rent increases during lease renewal :) Alexandria of Carmel is truly a wonderful place to call home!

My lease ended in good standing in September, and all payments were made on time. I even got the bulk of my security deposit back. However, the property stopped reporting my rental payments to the credit bureaus without properly closing the account. This caused an unexpected drop in my credit score by 8 points. I’ve reached out to the billing office asking for the account to be updated to ‘closed, paid as agreed,’ but I haven’t received a resolution yet. I will update my review when this is resolved.

Been living at Penn Circle for 5 months and it’s been great! When something needs fixing, they fix it the same day and quickly! Staff is great and puts effort into doing community events for residents. Would recommend for anyone.

I have really enjoyed my move in here at Alexandria! The staff have been so helpful with any questions. They are very friendly and welcoming. Regarding internet - I was told Motorola is almost always compatible with their internet so I highly recommend getting a Motorola modem/router combo for wifi and then they will hook up your internet the same day. If you are looking for a community that feels like ~home~ then this is the place for you!☺️

My tour with Holly was nothing short of excellent. She was very friendly, kind and professional. The property is beautiful. I love the apartment, and I was in very good company and feel that Alexandria of Carmel would be a great place to call home. Thank you.
