We used Young Realty as our listing agent for our first rental property. Brian Eachus is extremely knowledgeable in the rental business and was a tremendous help during there entire process. From coming out to our property making recommendations on floor plans, to getting the house rented. A Big Thank you to Becky Harder for finding a great group of tenants. Both answered our thousands of questions no matter what time of day, weekends and even on vacation. I'm not sure if Brian ever takes a break. They manage the property I'm renting and it's been a nightmare since I signed the lease August 2024. I couldn't move in until after 2 weeks because I didn't have running water and the AC unit didn't work. On top of that I went without hot water until November 2024 and was told that I still had to pay rent and that the astronomical utility bills that were caused by the underground leak and broken water heater was my responsibility. Although they ended up crediting me for a couple months of rent, I shelled out almost $4k in utility bills for barely 2 months of service.
