Penzone Property Management

I have been with Penzone Property Management since the latter part of 2019 under the knowledgeable and professional care of Cheryl Mullen. As a real estate investor you want to know that your investment is managed well now and long term. Cheryl has demonstrated her professionalism for both myself and the tenants she manages. She articulates, communicates and executes! So glad we are on the same team!

(Update 2022): My account has been moved from Penzone to JAMCO. I was experiencing deteriorating services at Penzone for some time and wondering what was going on. There was a partnership split where now the individual that had previously been servicing my account (with the glowing review below) is now running JAMCO. My review below is now really reflective of JAMCO and no longer Penzone. I couldn't be happier with the services of PPM. It has been a pleasure working with Jason and his team. As someone who is new to renting / leasing, I've really appreciated the team's patience in educating and coaching me through the process.

Jason and his team have proven to be a life saver for my small rental portfolio. Knowing that the majority of the time consuming tasks are not just "being taken care of", but handled better than I would be handling them is a huge positive for me. Their services allow me to focus on things that are more important to me. I also feel more confident when deciding whether or not to acquire more properties knowing they have my best interests in mind.

Extremely poor service, they do not communicate to clients and have poor accounting practices , there are much better property management companies in the area. Look elsewhere.

Great people. PPM are professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and have been crucial in making my investment successful. Highly recommend.
