Joe Penzone made buying my first house a lot easier. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the documents we needed to proceed to the next step. We had a lot of issues with the land the house was built on, but with the help of Joe, it wasn't as painful as it could've been. I truly believe if it wasn't for Joe and Penzone Realty, I wouldn't have gone through the trouble of buying this house. He was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, helpful, and always answered any questions we had at any time of the day or night. I could not be happier with this company. Patricia was an absolute Godsend for me and the tedious process of finding good farm land to build my homestead on, every step of the way she was there for me, it took me a LONG time to find the right plot and it involved every couple months going back and asking her to rerun searches in Salem and Gloucester county for land plots available. She was so patient and understanding with me, never pushy or anything unprofessional. I am still in the process with her, I found my land plot, so it's not all over to give a full testimonial, but from my experience so far Patricia is very kind, helpful, and patient. I really couldn't be happier, I feel very grateful I found her to help me with this arduous process. 10/10
