While the affordable housing and reasonable rents are appealing, the overall living experience has not been.Let me preface the issues that I see people posting are not new. They’ve been going on since I’ve been here at the beginning of the year. Posting your review is only helpful to other people that are reviewing the property to see if that’s where they want to live. Don’t expect the property management team to do anything about it. A major concern is the presence of numerous vehicles, including trailers and box trucks, that appear to be permanently parked on the premises with no visible activity and no active registration.,people parking in handicap spots, vehicles taken up two spots, so I’m not quite sure what the tow company does here. First of all, I want to say my application process took two months. I got approved the same day I was set to move in. The entire application process not a single phone call, email or personal text message. It was all through automated communication. With that being said, this was the exact location I was looking for so I went along with the move. The very first night upon move in the trash was insane. It piles all up and there’s flies everywhere and it stinks. Another issue is all of the kids and neighbors. These kids that run around the complex are loud, obnoxious and rude. Me and my daughter were walking to the mailbox and two young boys about 8 or 9 years old were cat calling me!! I just could not believe it. This is a horrible establishment wouldn’t recommend to anyone people leave trash everywhere the one compactor is not enough for all these apartments. These people absolutely don’t do their job's. They want to fine someone for smoking on their porch but when it’s absolutely necessary. My bedroom wall is molding due to the rain entering the apartment leaving my whole room floor soaked and molding. After an entire month of telling them someone should’ve been out fixing it. I emailed corporate telling them about the issues and they didn’t even respond to the email

My vehicle was towed due to a miscommunication between the office and the towing company, resulting in a $329 charge plus an additional $220 for towing it back to the apartment complex. I requested that they draft a proposal to my bank stating that the towing was a result of a miscommunication and misunderstanding on their part, as the parking pass was approved the day after my car was towed. While I do not have any issues with the staff, I find it unreasonable that I was ignored today. As a resident who values being a respectful neighbor, I am disappointed that I am now faced with an unnecessary bill. If I had been aware that my car would be towed, I would not have parked on site. Unfortunately, this may cause me to pay my rent late next month, which could lead to additional issues. I app

The property is filthy, trash is regularly left around, and common areas are neglected. It’s clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not priorities here. Unattended children run around causing disturbances, and there have been multiple police visits due to noise complaints and rowdy behavior from other residents. It’s not a safe or peaceful place to live. The worst issue came when my vehicle was towed from the property. It was registered with the towing company Yager Flats is contracted with through and had a valid parking pass. Yet, the pass was mysteriously deleted, and the vehicle was towed without warning.
