The Jasper Apartments

Cristian has been amazing from day one. He was always willing to help and answer all my questions with patience. He and the entire management team are very kind and attentive, and you can truly tell they care about helping residents. The Jasper community is completely brand new, very well organized, and feels peaceful. The apartments are spacious, modern, and come with all the appliances included, which is a huge plus. You can really see the quality in every detail. Honestly, it has been a great experience living here.

We had an amazing experience thanks to Gwen and Christian, the assistant managers. They truly made our move-in process seamless from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly respectful to both me and my wife. They took the time to answer all our questions, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued as new residents. Their kindness and positive attitude really stood out, and it made a stressful process feel easy. We’re grateful for their help and couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience!

Let me just say that I could not have been blessed to stay in a better apartment community! The staff is exceptional! Mrs Terri, Gwen,Amy and Christian are amazing to work with! Yall going make me cry! During the government shut down they work with me because I’m federal worker! The uncertainties of every thing, they took the stress of me! They help me! Not having to worry about rent because I kept them informed! The Jasper is my home! My stability and I love it here! My child loves it here and we could not be happier! I was the 11th resident in community and I love it!

The Jaspers are a really nice place to call home . The apartments are big and spacious Terri the manager is so sweet kind friendly as well as the rest of the staff . 3 month update staying at The Jaspers is taking a drastic change. November 8 2025 I was waiting my turn to leave out the complex. A DRUNK DRIVER was turning in straight into my car I was blowing my horn terrified. If I didn’t my car would have been ruined. He had plenty of space to turn in the correct side of the road . I just couldn’t believe what had happened so I turned around and followed him to see why he driving so reckless he was intoxicated at 11am he lives in the complex in the front. Another day my 16 year old daughter was walking from the bus in the complex a man in a black truck was asking my daughter if she neede

Brand new community near Samsung! I saw the signs from the road about this new property. Stopped in and was amazed! This property is spacious. Gwen showed me the 2 and 3 bedrooms which are both very modern and spacious. Great amenities includes everything from a dog wash station to a movie theatre! I would definitely recommend this community as the staff ( Gwen and Terri) were very friendly and helpful and they currently have a move in special.
