The Flats at Shadowglen

My recent weekend stay at the Flats At Shadowglen was through the Landing. I totally loved the apartment and building that I stayed in. My stay was very quiet and enjoyable. I stayed in a third floor apartment and never heard any excessive noise. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The property is very well kept and is in close proximity to all of the shopping areas and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

NEVER AGAIN! Rented an apartment for the weekend through Hotels.com. Could not get in through the phone app. They had my email wrong, it was some random characters, so I received nothing that way. Had gotten one text from Eric?, so contacted him and he got me in on Friday. He informed me of his hours, like 9-5 M-F, so he would not be available the rest of my stay. I had to leave the apartment unlocked if I wanted to be able to get back in the rest of the weekend! He couldn't do anything about fixing my email or phone app. Then found out the refrigerator wasn't working!! I checked the temperature gauge and made sure it was plugged in, nothing! The one phone number I had was a push 2 for help that just sent you back to the other options, none of which got me anywhere or any person! Neighbor

I lived at the Flats for four years and never had any issues, nor did I cause any. I moved out over two months ago and still haven’t received my security deposit. I’ve called, emailed, gone in person to the property, and even contacted the new property management. I keep getting the same answer: “We’re waiting for corporate to send the check,” which supposedly was cut on October 22nd. If they don’t receive it, they say they have to wait to see if it was cashed before reissuing a new one. By law, you have 30 days to issue the deposit refund, and that deadline has long passed. I work for a property management company, so before moving out I made sure to submit my forwarding address and all required information. I’m still waiting for my refund with no clear timeline on when it will finally be

Nice apartment roomey,I have the larger one bedroom,and each apartment has doorbell ring,Ring, security,and other technoly,inside,comes with washer and dryer,has dogey park,pool,gym,mail area,in a nice neighborhood, if you like to get out and walk.

From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. Alisson, Jason, and William took the time to explain everything I needed to know about becoming a resident here. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. My apartment is clean, cozy, and just the right size for me. Even when I encountered a few minor issues, the maintenance team responded quickly and resolved everything in a timely manner. One of the things I appreciate most is how safe and peaceful it feels here. The community is quiet, which makes it easy to relax and feel at home.
