I just met with Luisa today and it was a great experience touring the apartment. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I found the apartment through Facebook Marketplace and she responded to my inquiry right away. She even sent me a link to schedule an appointment for the same day and got me into the system quickly. I was impressed that I was able to tour the place at 6:45 pm, as most management companies do not offer tours at that time. Luisa also provided me with a measurement tape in case I decide to move in, so I can be prepared with all the necessary measurements. The apartments were well-maintained and updated, with a family-friendly layout and spacious rooms. The property was also very quiet, which is a huge plus for me.

I have found living in Falcon to be a pleasant experience thanks to Luisa's excellent management. As an engineer, I have a busy schedule and it's reassuring to know that any issues I may have with my apartment will be taken care of promptly. Luisa's responsiveness and presence in the community make me feel secure and well taken care of. I am grateful to have her as our property manager.

I had a tour last night with Luisa. She was great and I loved that she was willing to meet with me at 6:30pm. There are many apartments who don’t do that but she understands that people also work. Luisa also was very welcoming and made this apartment feel like it could be a good home for myself and my son.
