Updated Review – June 2025 I’ve been living at this property since February 2025, now under new management. Since my last review, I’ve noticed that the property owner has made a few improvements. I also want to highlight that Christine and Cuca, the new management team, are fantastic—friendly, responsive, and genuinely trying to help. That said, I’d like to provide a full and honest update on my experience, especially regarding chronic issues that still need attention: 1. Pool Cleanliness The pool remains a major concern. Today, I found it disgusting, with trash, balloon pieces, and an excessive amount of leaves floating in the water. I’ve been a resident here with my husband and son for the past six years, and we’ve absolutely loved living in this community. We’re moving out in November, and while we’re excited about the new chapter ahead, leaving this place is definitely bittersweet. If you have children, this is truly a wonderful place to live. The community is filled with families, and the kids all play together and grow up side by side—it’s the kind of neighborhood where friendships form easily and memories are made. In the summer, our family practically lived at the pool, and we’ll really miss the peaceful evening walks under the beautiful, tree-lined paths. Mountain View apartments is a beautiful community. The apartments are nice and cozy and spacious. The grass is nice and green and they have a nice playground for my kids to enjoy. We applied for an apartment on Saturday Azalia gave us a nice tour. Ester called us to come back and finish the application she helped us upload our income and explained all the necessary documents we have to provide in detail. Thank you for your help and we can't wait to move in April.

Today they had a Halloween pumpkin painting and food. It was a fun time. Christine is an amazing manager. She stays on top of it and makes it a nice place to be.

I joined my mom on a tour recently, and Chrissy the manager is so great! She’s so knowledgeable about the apartments and really cared about what my mom was looking for in her new home. The prices are also pretty good for the area!!
