San Dimas Villas Apartments

This property is managed by David N. Schultz, Inc. in Glendale. I wish I would have read their reviews before spending the time and money to apply at this apartment. I would recommend you do before applying. Long story short; if EVERY APPLICANT applying doesn’t have 700+ credit don’t waste your time or money applying. They WILL NOT APPROVE YOU. My wife has great credit and my credit isn’t as good. The thing that bothers me is they don’t tell you this in advance. (Could have saved everybody time and money) The management company doesn’t communicate very well at all. The property isn’t even all that nice for them to be so picky.
