WPS Management LLC is awesome! They’re really easy to get in touch with, and any maintenance issues I’ve had get taken care of super fast. The properties are kept in great shape, and the team actually cares about the tenants. Definitely recommend them!

We put in work orders for months we had nothing done to our apartment. We had black mold in the ceiling and our ceiling was falling apart, it was leaking water and it was supposed to be done in the summer time bc in the winter “it’s a hazard”, still nothing was done, if they bought your apartment good luck.

Bought the property I live on end of October 2024 and didn't bother to get in touch with me, I had to hunt them down. They claim to have a rent portal where you can pay online, but it doesn't have the right information. And when you actually can talk to someone, they belittle and disrespect you, and try to make it like YOU'RE the problem. Good luck, if they bought your building.

ALOT of work orders go undone.. sometimes for a month or months depends , the Maitence sucks, holes in ceiling , clogged sink, the just paint over mold, put new flooring over mold they don’t have any certificates to do remodeling … I pay my rent every month and sometimes my work orders aren’t done on time… tried to keep my mouth shut but after dealing with it for a month it stresses me out.
