Residences at Wells School

Beautiful, brand new apartments. Compassionate, helpful and welcoming staff. On-site laundry with smart technology. The designer made good use of the high school gym floor by placing our fully-equipped gym, yoga room, theater, and great room over it. We also appreciate the large activity room. Also included are the school's original lockers (refurbished) and displayed high school memorobilia. We are in need of a full time building manager. The outside traffic can get noisy (though the white noise from the central AC helps). I wish I had asked for dimensions of storage space (3'x3') before moving in. Also, depending on where your apartment is located in the building, the view from your apartment window can be less than aesthetically pleasing. Overall, we are happy here so far.

Everything is just as explained to me. Neighbors are very friendly. Rooms are very spacious. Maintenance is always helpful. Staff is willing to help with any situations. Overall the building is beautifully kept and clean. It is a wonderful place to live.

I like how they kept the hallways updated retro in the style that the school always had with the lockers and all but they did a great job overall with the remodel

I’ve called them 4-5 times regarding a rental for my elderly mother and left messages. I haven’t received as much as one call back. Tremendous lack of courtesy.

Great apartments. Management is wonderful.
