Rosemeade

My now husband and I lived in Rosemeade from 2023-2025. We had a great experience. Apartment living is not always ideal because you do have to live around others, but we had an apartment facing the woods and it felt like our own little getaway. The staff were always nice and respectful along with maintenance always being attentive if we needed it. We loved walking around and seeing everyone's personal touches of their porches and how well kept the public spaces were. It was always quiet and like an oasis in Southbridge. I would just be aware that it is electric heat, and this can get very high in the winter, the rooms have separate adjustable heating which was a plus to try to control the heat but just beware it can only do so much. As a years long professional resident, I recently moved out of state and vacated Rosemeade. I found the complex and it's facilities to be clean and convenient. Both administrative and maintenance teams are well staffed and responsive to residence needs. Overall a good value for quiet and secure housing.

I have been living here for nine months and I’m very happy here. This is a great place to live. The management/maintenance team are great people especially Sharon and Diana! I love being a part of the Rosemeade community and Chewy does too!

I've been a very happy resident of Rosemeade Apartments for over 10 years, and it's a great place to call home. The landscaping is always beautifully maintained, and during the winter months, snow removal is handled quickly. Common areas are consistently clean and uncluttered; residents are friendly. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the apartments themselves are regularly updated. One of my favorite features is the functional fireplace found in many of the units. The addition of a washer and dryer in the unit is another convenience that makes everyday living easier. The community is primarily made up of adults, and great place to live.
