HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT FROM! And mind you they ONLY RESPOND TO POSITIVE GOOGLE REVIEWS. Go figure. Where do you even begin?! Management is the absolute worse! You get new management with ZERO notice. And if you had any kind of agreements with previous management don’t expect the new manager Jessica to be of ANY HELP at all. She does not care and will be no help because she only tells you what she would do “as a person” Any agreement you’ve had with previous management is basically out the window. The “amenities” are not as advertised! The pool is a local duck pond and has never been open and most recently they put a notice on everyone’s doors using the pool THE AMENITY WE PAY FOR as punishment. Thank you Yesenia for helping my brother, you did an amazing job walking him through all the steps and getting him in timely. We have had an awful time with other complex’s but Yesenia was able to follow through on her every word. Again a million times Thank you! They love their new home !!

Don't let the name change fool you! they are trash they have roaches and rats its going to take so much time to fix the place up! they might be kind and friendly now all of the sudden, but don't let the truth fool you the rats and roaches are real life that's not a joke and they will come to your house! just ask a professional how hard it is to get rid of them you know they didn't treat every apartment at the same time! my best friend lived there for 10 years at one point i was there as well! its really a big deal the fact they are posting pictures like this on there website of the units looking so perfect and brand new basically is wild knowing the walls are filled with bugs! look at the pictures in the reviews that's absolutely real life! lastly Jessica was trash i hope she is not there

Living at Alderbrook Apartments has truly been an amazing experience. From the moment I moved in, I’ve been impressed by the beautiful grounds, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of community throughout the property. The landscaping is always immaculate, and the entire complex feels safe, clean, and well cared for. The management team is outstanding: professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel at home. The new staff they have is AMAZING!! They greet you as soon as you walk through the door and are so sweet! For once its nice to go into the office and!! Every maintenance guy I have interacted with has been beyond friendly and they get things fixed as fast as they can. This new staff they have brought in is the best thing they could have done!!
