AJ is the man! Power on the master side went out in the am and he had an electrician out to fix it before we got home from work! Koply was great to work with as our leasing agent. First floor is quiet, some parking lot and upstairs noise every once in a while but that’s expected at any apartment complex.

I really like living in this apartment. The management team is wonderful, kind, and professional. The property is always clean, quiet, and well maintained. The common areas are nice, and I feel safe living here. Overall, it is a good place to live. The only problem is parking. I requested a parking spot in November last year, and I am still on the waiting list. I have not received any updates about my request. Parking is very limited, especially at night. Sometimes it is hard to find a spot, and it can be stressful after a long day. It would be very helpful if management could give updates about the waiting list. Thank you

TLDR: Apartment is good, great square footage per dollar. Leasing and maintenance are great. If I could pick up this apartment complex and move it somewhere walkable with easier access to restaurants and the highway I would not move. I’ve lived here for 1.5 years now and here’s my honest (and detailed) review of my experience. Pros: - Very large square footage - Great leasing staff (although they moved many of the leasing staff to the Tukwilla building and I have had limited interactions with the current leasing team other than one person. They seem to keep at least one person who knows how to run the complex). However, when I was moving out, the leasing staff were never on time.
