Huskies Home Inspections

Manku Did a great job with the inspection. He was on time and very professional. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate the house. His report was informative & precise. The only downside to my experience with Huskies home Inspections was with my initial call to get a quote. The first time I called, I was quoted a price that was about $200.00 less than anyone else for the complete Inspection. But when I called back his office to set the appointment, I was then told that the pool inspection was an additional price. But at the end, it cost me the same like other companies would have charged me, But i am happy with Manku's Work.

Manku did our frame & initial home inspection on a new build. He did an amazing job and we were really impressed with his knowledge and the report that was produced. Our Construction Manager even commented on the quality of the report and findings. We also had him come out to do our 1 year inspection and had the same great experience. He takes time to explain things and gives you time to ask questions. I would absolutely recommend him.

Huskies Home Inspections is a very responsive company. They always pick up their calls for questions and service calls. And when they are not able to, they will either text back or call right away. They also do a very good job at inspections because they know what to look out for. As an experienced builder and contractor, I recommend Manku and his inspection team because they have an eye for remodeling and making home improvements. Wonderful service, prompt, communicative. I found him to be very thorough and professional. Not only did he provide a very comprehensive inspection, he provided a large list of tips and tricks for home maintenance. He explained what he found in each section of the inspection as he went, which was then backed up in the inspection report. He's very personable and was knowledgeable about his job. We will certainly be using Huskies Home Inspections if I buy again in this area and I would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

Never have I met someone more thorough or caring then Manku in the Inspection process. I have purchased multiple homes and Manku has always been there for me. I used their services for both our framing and final construction inspection on our new house.
