The realtor Gina wasted my time for days, I have help after they know I have money, but not to look to get ideas. They want to drive around and you to buy more expensive places. I had NO help finding the the office for my paperwork to get approved for a community,, NO help with the paperwork,, and also she was NOT available longer than just looking at a place as she only wanted to sell Houses! With the price of Everything going up you would think that she would stay and help you out purchasing it faster with paperwork instead of driving back to the place more! I will do the rest on my own!!!
