My mother and I had a lovely experience with Aaron Spinnegan the other day! He was so responsive and flexible with our requests. I did not feel like I was speaking with a stale salesperson, but rather an enthusiastic advocate striving to meet our needs.

I called to ask a neutral question, and the gentleman that answered the phone, Chris, was extremely well-informed, and was able to ask my question clearly and quickly. He didn't have anything to gain from me, financially, and he was still willing and able to help me. Knowing this is the type of customer service that they provide, I would recommend at least making the call to see if they're someone you want to partner with. I'm very grateful for well-informed, knowledgeable and helpful people like Chris.

I was a private seller of a home and had the displeasure of dealing with a howard hannah representative Deborah Scott whom misrepresented herself to me during our dealing by not divulging the fact that she included a commission fee to be paid by me to her. In fact she was not even the one to bring the buyer to my home but rather the buyers parent found my house and advised the buyer to reach out ne which they did directly. Had I been informed which would have been the professional thing to do the cost of the commission that I am.now forced to pay would have been included in the sale price of the home Needless to say if this is how HH deals with people .i would not recommend them.to anyone nor will I ever deal with Howard Hanna in the future. Private Sellers Beware!!

When I sold my house, I received excellent service. The people in the office were very helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
