First off, take your business elsewhere. From trying to ex-communicate our agent, unreasonable charges, an unreasonable closure timeline eatimate, this builder has cost us a lot of stress and money in the course of building with them. And do not use their preferred lender either, they are sloppy. This builder only cares about money and nothing about customer service, I will not recommend
