The View at Sapphire Bay

Had amazing experience from the first time I stepped into the view. Carrie Schneider is such an amazing Manager! Our apartment that we were living in at a different apartment place had flooded so we needed to move right away. Her & her team were able to get us into our new apartment within a couple days. Anything we needed she was there to accommodate. I feel bad because we kept changing things on her and asking her to jump through hoops… She did it with no problem and is such a pleasure to work with. I’m so happy we made this move here and It’s not just because of the wonderful Lakeside view ;)

I highly recommend this place! There is a level of customer service here that I have not experienced anywhere else. I think it’s because it’s owned and managed by the same person. The gym is unlike any I have seen and the fishing isn’t too bad either. EDITED 1/10- I have lived here nearly 5 months and it is still the best choice I made. The hallways and elevators are ALWAYS clean and smells so good. I went to office today and spoke with Carrie (manager) and she helped me with no hesitation and she made me feel like family. LOVE THIIS PLACE!!

She goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly, whether it’s handling deliveries or answering questions with patience and care. What stands out most is her positive energy. She carries herself with confidence and kindness, and she always greets you with a genuine smile that makes the whole experience feel effortless. It’s rare to meet someone who is both highly professional and naturally warm at the same time. I’m truly grateful it was Olivia who helped me from day one. The Views is fortunate to have someone like her representing them.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with kindness and professionalism. I especially want to highlight Ms. Cathy, our leasing agent, who was so patient and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She answered all of my questions with care and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her warm personality truly made a difference! The property manager was also incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. I’m so excited to call this place home.
