Village

Good place to stay and live it quiet and peaceful plus got a couple of restaurants you can go to and other shopping places as well all walking distance. Only thing I can say I wish they had more parking spots my wife had to park far away from our building and she didn't like that I understand we can buy a carport but not everyone has money like that. But other than that good place to live

We really enjoy living at the Village. Very centrally located in Rowlett, it makes grabbing food or running errands a breeze. We toured a couple of different units and all of them have great natural light. Management is extremely friendly. Gabi, our leasing agent, was extremely helpful and made the application process very simple. I Would highly recommend the Village of Rowlett!

I go to Rowlett library here. Newer bldg, nice selection of books and other media. New book offerings are impressive.

Have lived here for a year now, durring the winter storm my apartment flooded due to a burst pipe in the wall. The management team went out of their way to accommodate me and get me into a new apartment asap!

I love the vibe of the area. it is a convenient location for every pretty much for everything.
