Terra Lago Apartments

My lease is expiring in April and I wasn’t going to renew my lease due to the manager and her attitude issues but they got a new manager. I think her name is Judy she was so helpful and sweet and took care of my issues with my rent!! I will be renewing my lease. Thanks again Judy for your candor. So all the resident who don’t know there’s a new sheriff in town. Renew your lease!.

Hope supposed to be where you get peace of mind but I can’t even sleep knowing that the office has placed a tow on my car without a prior warning email, text or call. Not to mention that the car is registered under my name as a tenant. All I want is come back home to my apartment from work get all the rest I need to I can perform my job the next at work. They placed the sticker late at night on 02/17 to be towed the next day 02/18 so I won’t see the sticker on time to make arrangements to move the car out of site. It’s crazy because they know I don’t work Friday, Saturday and Sunday which could have given me time to make arrangements but they just want my car by all means. There’s no number on the sticker to call. It was erased with a black Marker. Not to mention the office is closed wh

1 star is too much for this place. A family member visited a friend that lives here this weekend and her car was towed. She had gotten a parking pass, but she had a typo when she entered the license plate. Car was towed, and whenever we called the lady in the office on 12/20/2025 she proceeded to cuss out and hang up on us, for the questions we were asking. We got the run around on the towing company that has the vehicle, and long story short, $400 later, we’ll be getting the vehicle back. The lack of professionalism all the way around the office staff at this complex is the issue. Rude, unprofessional, and very unhelpful. A new resident to this complex. upon moving in I had a Few Issues with ants And a door lock. The leasing team and maintaince worked quickly to address these items. So far this has been a great experience in moving from a house too an apartment. I love the fact that there is elevator access as well as a parking garage. This adds to me as A Safety feature. I highly recommend this property. The lake view is a bonus.

IF YOU VALUE CLEANLINESS, PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE! Roaches are a problem here—you’ll likely see them outside, in the hallways, and even inside your apartment. After touring other complexes, it became obvious how poorly maintained Terra Lago is in comparison. Tenants often leave trash out over the weekend, causing the hallways to smell. At one point, there was even a dead rat on the sidewalk for days with no urgency to remove it. When we reported roaches in our unit, the response was extremely nonchalant, only confirming that this is a common issue as you can read in other reviews. The ratings online don’t reflect the actual conditions. Management incentivizes tenants to leave positive reviews for a chance to win drawings, which explains why the ratings appear higher.
