Moved out to bad service and still wanting a $500 monthly increase when NO work was done and the neighbors smoke in the house to make it all smell like smoke. I’ve been trying to schedule a tour for a home that has been listed for over 30 days, and I meet all the stated qualifications. I began contacting Elaine Dial, who oversees the listing, on 4/8 and received no response. The receptionist, Karen Laughlin offered to email her on my behalf after confirming my contact information, but the email was never sent. Or sent incorrectly When I followed up again, a different receptionist told me to “look elsewhere.” I was simply requesting a tour — not demanding the property — yet I was repeatedly brushed off, which raises concerns about fairness and transparency.
