Willowbrooke Apartments and Townhomes

I just moved into these great apartments. First week living in their spacious one bedroom and loving it. Bella at the front desk was amazing to get all the most recent updated information. Bella knew the exact answer to all my many questions with follow up information that was very informative!! Very nice community and very hospitable staff :))

This is an amazing apartment buildings with an awesome pool. maintenance is readily available. The people who manage the building are super nice. The apartments are nice. People who have visited have complimented the way the inside of the apartments look

We have completed exterior work at the apartment complex back in August and still have not collected payment. We have emailed and called numerous times without a return call after they told us they sent it 6 weeks ago. All work was completed as per our contract they signed approving us to do the work. We were then told everything was done to their satisfaction per our contract and will be sending money. That was the last time someone answered or returned our calls. I would never do work for them again and for all other liable contractors I would suggest refusing to do any work with them as they are the nightmare customers us reliable close reactors deal with.

All employees, from front office to maintenance,are very friendly and the service is excellent and the buildings are well maintained.

Absolutely terrible. They clearly have no concern over safety, always leaving units open for days at a time. Dog feces all over property with no bags available.
