Jim was absolutely amazing. We did two home inspections with him, both times he was incredibly thorough and took time to explain his findings to us. His report was very detailed and included helpful pictures for us to remember the specific things he was talking about. On top of his professionalism and thoroughness as a home inspector, he's also a really nice guy! I would recommend him to anyone in the Rochester area looking for a home inspector!

They came to our home on 1/3/25, fully aware that we needed expedited results to meet a specific deadline. They charged us $250 for the service. At the time of payment, they were unable to operate the Square payment system they had, so I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. I ended up paying $260, but Jim refused to return the $10 in change. Now, a week later, I still have not received my results. Not only did they fail to honor the expedited request, but they also kept the extra $10. This is completely unacceptable. The way they conduct business and treat customers is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY!

Jim did an awesome job! He was on time, very friendly, professional, and thorough in his home inspection. He was also very informative, making sure he explained everything, in detail, when I had questions. I highly recommend Jim.

As anyone that's either bought a house or is in the process of buying one knows, there is A LOT that goes into such a task. One of the requirements, as we know, is a home inspection and getting one of these done can be painful. This was not the case with Jim Peralta, Interstate Property Inspections Inc. My finance and I were on a tight schedule and just when it looked like we wouldn't be able to get an inspection done in time, we found Jim. He was not only professional and thorough, but was also kind. He walked us through every detail of what we should be looking for while answering every question we had regarding the house. I will suggest this company to anyone in need of a home inspection in the Rochester area. Outstanding service at a great price!
