Viking Apartments & Townhomes

Viking apartments was a great first apartment! They’re attentive with service requests and the community is nice and friendly. Crystal in the office is always on top of it and gets things done. I wouldn’t say they’re pet friendly though if they don’t accept dogs, ferrets, rodents or reptiles.

I just recently moved in again for the second time . It was hassle free and everything was taken care of by the time we moved in. Crystal made the entire process easy and painless. I have zero bad things to say about these beautiful apartments !!

Absolutely love this complex. I have nothing but great words to say. Office lady Crystal is a sweet soul and always very kind and understanding. Neighbors are friendly. Lots of kids around and all around a great experience.

Crystal was great to work with and the apartment was clean upon move in. The rental insurance requirement is a little outrageous and you have to go through their insurance company to meet the requirements. Other than that, we have had a great experience thus far.

I've been here for several years through a few changes, location is ideal. Staff is friendly and courteous. The office lady crystal is super kind and sweet and has helped solve several issues I've had over the years, always gets back to me and answers any questions I have. I would recommend to friends and family
