We’ve had a great overall experience with Pulte Homes. From the beginning, the process was smooth and professional. Maria, our sales consultant, was incredibly helpful during the purchase phase. Evan guided us through the construction process with great communication and attention. After closing, Sean has been excellent in assisting us with warranty and post-purchase matters. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. We truly enjoy living here; the neighbors are friendly, and the environment feels welcoming and safe. We're very happy with our new home and the experience we've had with Pulte.

Disappointed in Pulte. Overall horrible experience from signing the contract to current day (1 year 4 month homeowner). They hire good folks, but disable them with their policies to save money. Way too much to type here, but just know..if you buy a Pulte home, you have just involuntarily taken on a part time job for the time to get them to stand by their product for at least the first year. We have outstanding items from our move-in checklist that still aren't completed. The employees are disabled from doing their job effectively. Would not recommend Pulte and will never purchase another home from them.
