As a buyer coming from outside of the state, he helped the process seem seamless and even enjoyable. Very trustworthy from the first conversation to signing the closing documents. We started the home buying journey with Bryan in 2019 originally looking for a rental property, and then in 2020, we decided it was time to buy a house and although market conditions were not on our side, he persisted and 3 years later he found us the house of our dreams!
