I almost bought a property here 2 years ago. The club house is spectacular and the Tuscan-like hill is breathtakingly beautiful. I ended up settle in the Dr. Phillips area, but I am not ruling out myself living in the Bella Collina in the future. Hope the golf course is done with improvement/repair and the f&b situation becomes more attractive when I am ready to pull the trigger in the future.

The Toll Brothers homes are beautiful. Worth the visit.

I have to say that this real estate establishments professionalism is incredibly poor. I am a prospective buyer that is looking to purchase a multi million dollar home in cash, and to say that you have to have an appointment just to tour the development, is really unacceptable. I drove in just take a look around as I had checked it out online, and it seemed to be a nice very development, however after feeling unwanted by the sales representative that pointed me back to the website to make an appointment again just to tour the development is unacceptable, walk in clients should never be placed on the back burner, as I felt unwanted as a potential client. Word to wise if you want to purchase a luxury property in the Orlando metro Area, move on. I know I will certainly look in a different dev

The development is an amazing hidden gem in the Orlando area. Fabulous four star resort facilities including a Sir Nick Faldo designed championship golf course. If you are looking to build in the Orlando metro area the place is a awesome high quality value.

You can get on line and say anything about anyone I truly think that this place is absolutely beautiful , well maintained beautiful addition to montverde area as a resident for almost 30 years here I think that if you can afford it this would be a great investment.
