Westminster Gardens

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment complex for almost five years. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of comfort that truly made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect location close to everything, highly rated schools, BU is five minutes away. Not to mention that bus school and BU bus stop by.

I lived at Westminster Gardens residence for 2 years, I had a pleasant stay there. Only left because I had to relocate to other state for work. Calm, safe, and at the heart of Vestal.

We lived in Westminster Gardens complex for 1.5 year. We experienced beautiful moments there 😊. Brook and Eva, who manage the complex, are very careing and kind. Brook is a great listener. Anthony, the maintenance manager, was immediately there whenever we needed him. If you're seeking a place to live in Vestal, I highly recommend it here.

I have lived in a few apartment complexes due to moving and I have to say the experience I had at Westminster Gardens was the best by a landslide. I lived in a studio apartment, perfect for just me. I feel it was an appropriate price for the square footage I got. It was clean, spacious and tucked in the back, so it was quite and free from alot of traffic noise. Throughout my stay, there were things that did go wrong with my apartment, at no fault of the owners. There was a hole in my door, my stove stopped working, there was a leak from the upstairs AC vent, my furnace stopped firing, and the sidewalk almost flooded into my apartment. Now I never called maintenance unless is was major, but those things were major. Brooke (leasing officer) and Anthony (maintenance) were very time efficient

I have lived here for the last 3 years and it has been a great experience. The management really cares about its tenants and I have never had any issues. I'm sad to say I'm moving back home as I graduate from Bing this semester and I can only hope to find such acommodating housing in the future.
