Jacques Laubert is by far the best in this state and my experience working with him reflects so. I'm extremely grateful my realtor recommended him to assist with financing along with everything involved when it comes to successfully closing on a home. I'm humbly appreciative for all the effort and how proactive he was with ensuring that my home purchasing process would as easy on me/simple as it can be. He worked his ass off and that's why I was able to successfully purchase my first home at the age of 26. I've had mine now since 7/2021 and am leaving this review because of how impactful having a smooth closing process and mortgage afterwards has been on my life.

I was recommended Homestead by several people and co-workers when I started my journey as a first time home buyer. Homestead ended up being my first, and only call. During my 3 month process I spoke to minimal people which in my opinion, made the process so much easier. I worked primarily with Jack who made everything a breeze for me. Calls were quick and to the point when needed, but he also took the time to answer any questions I did have when they arose. When I locked in my rate I received a call on a Sunday afternoon (which to me meant Jack made my purchase a priority even on a weekend).
