We closed on our Westin Home in Jordan Ranch on October 10, and our experience has been incredibly frustrating. From poor communication and unprofessional behavior to major structural issues and a severe rat infestation, our journey with Westin Homes has been a nightmare. We've dealt with sagging roof framing, defective smoke detectors, and over $2,000 in extermination costs—all for a home built just two months ago. Our issues began even before we took possession of the house. During the initial walkthrough, we were told we were late despite no one scheduling the appointment, forcing us to rush to the property. Westin Homes - Jordan Ranch, is unprofessional and not accountable for their construction workers. We are currently living in a home right by their home construction and their workers have been using our water on the side of our house even after us asking multiple times to stop. They are washing off paint into our lawn and littering as well. We had to resort to buying hose water locks to stop their workers. Our wifi cables have been dug up and cut twice now. We have been out of wifi for multiple days and having our internet providers come out to fix the cable each time. They are not apologetic and have not offer any compensation for the inconvenience and say it's not their problem to fix. We are constantly having to clean up after their construction workers mistakes. We are so frustrated w

Westin Homes can be best described as a builder who can say beautiful words with no substance. Their pursuit for profit involves disregarding their surrounding environment, the privacy of their neighbors and questionable build quality. Due to this, my grass has been dying due to the numerous littering by their construction crew. On top of that, they dig wherever they please and cut any cables they see along the way, whether it belongs to the city or to a home owner, they do not care. Upon complaining to their office, they simply give an excuse for the workers they hire, and I quote, “They can’t speak English and they are not professionally trained.” If questionable builds and customer service is what you want, Westin Homes is your number 1 candidate.

I recently closed in February with Westin homes. My sales agent was Savannah Watts and my contractor was Todd. This is my second Westin home. I was very pleased with the entire process as I built from the ground up. Savannah was very responsive and professional, such a delight to work with. Todd listened to all my concerns before and after inspection and ensured everything was taken care of and them some. We closed way before I anticipated, I'm truly happy and a very satisfied customer in this community.

I recently had a new home built and I could not be any happier. Sales Manager Hunter Ferguson was extremely helpful, caring, and willing to answer any questions at any time. From the sales office, to the construction site, everything was explained fully. James Holmes Construction Supervisor is extremely talented and very helpful. We had our walk through with James who went over every detail with the new home and the warranties. Issues were found during the final walk through he put them on a issue list to be fixed by settlement time. And they were done. After we closed on the house, minor things were found and respond from construction supervisor had been just amazing.
