My family and I have been here about 6 months and absolutely love our new home. The process was long to closing but Lorraine was patient and helpful the whole way, ask for her! She answered all my texts, calls and emails whenever I had questions. The rooms are relaxing and open concept kitchen/living room is gorgeous. I know this builder worked extremely hard during the pandemic and the ups and downs wasn’t easy for anyone, but well worth the wait!

I purchase my home in 2020 it’s now 2023. I wish I could’ve never purchased my home with this company. They builders are bad. They rushed the houses. They never repaired anything. My floors upstairs has been making cracking noise 3 months after I moved it back in 2020. They sent someone out 4 time to only look at my floors also to place blue tap on my carpet. My house sounds like I been in my house for 30 years. The window upstairs master bed room, I hear all the wind when sleeping. The garage door completely broken I repaired it myself. The houses was put together to fast, the house isn’t worth 200k I promise you.

This is the worst home builder you can ever deal with. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR INVESTMENT, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER. They have the worst customer service and horrible Sales Manager SHELLY. She will cancel your contract and sell your home at a higher price in this market. I came with my own financing and ELMER convinced me to use their financing. When they could not approve me with their scrupulous ways, they canceled my contract and sold my home at a higher price. They refused to allow me to use my previous lender. And till today I have not received my earnest money. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Started the purchase the house 80% completed. The finished it in a time Manner considering the circumstances we are leaving on. So far, I have no complains. The whole team was very friendly from start to finish. I will revise this review after few months moved in.

The homes are beautiful there. However, the sales agent assigned to the location is very rude. I called to inquire about the homes, and she rudely let me know that they were all sold. I asked if there was another build site, and again, she responded the same way. Everyone has bad days, but when people are looking to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars, attitude goes a long way.
